MIKE LINDSAY
Owner
Mike set up McMassive Concrete in 2011 after having worked for another local Wellsford concrete firm for around 6 years. When you ring to inquire about a concrete job, Mike is the person you will probably speak to first. He will also be the one who comes to your property to look at your job and organise a no-obligation quote.
Mike has lived in Wellsford for over 24 years. He is very involved with local sport. A keen rugby man, Mike also played rugby league for Warkworth for many years and coached a local Wellsford kids rugby team.
JOEL OSTERMANN
Operations Manager
Joel has over 20 years’ experience in the concrete trade. He is a local Wellsford man. A very hard worker, but when Joel is not working he can be found fishing either out from Mangawhai or in the Kaipara Harbour on the west coast.

Kurt loves working and is a true team player and family man.

Digger Driver
Luke is our digger operator and concrete placer and comes from a farming background and has a number of years experience in the contracting industry including with Wharahine’s and enjoys the change.
